Information you choose to share

When you join early access or send an inquiry, we collect your name, email, intended use, product interest, and any optional unit count, organization, or message you provide. We also record when and where the inquiry was submitted and whether you requested product updates.

Please do not submit medical records or sensitive health information through these forms.

How we use it

• Respond to questions and discuss potential collaborations.
• Manage early-access interest and understand demand for different applications.
• Send product, availability, and testing updates when you have agreed to receive them.
• Protect the forms against automated or excessive submissions.

Joining early access does not create an account, reserve a product, or authorize a payment.

Hosting and service providers

The website is hosted on Vercel. Inquiry records are stored in our configured PostgreSQL database, using the existing Supabase infrastructure. Hosting and database providers process information needed to operate these services. Authorized team members can review inquiries to respond and manage requested updates.

Some licensed photographs are loaded from Pexels’ image service. Your browser sends that service technical request information, including your IP address, when loading a photograph. We do not send inquiry form contents to the image provider.

Technical information and cookies

Hosting services may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and request times, for delivery and security. Our form throttling uses keyed hashes of email addresses and, on Vercel, IP addresses. These short-lived records are separate from your inquiry and expire after the hourly limit window; expired records are removed on subsequent submissions or during maintenance.

Public marketing pages do not require an account. Account areas use Supabase authentication and its session cookies. We have not added advertising trackers or visitor analytics to the public marketing experience.

Retention and your choices

We review inactive inquiry records for deletion after 12 months, unless a continuing conversation or relationship requires keeping them. Records needed for an active update list are kept while that permission remains current and reviewed when you withdraw.

To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw permission for updates, email [email protected]. Include the email address used for your inquiry so we can identify the relevant record.

Product privacy

Core radar motion sensing does not require recognizable imagery. Product processing, storage, connectivity, and controls are still being finalized. This website notice does not make guarantees about unreleased product architecture.
